Privacy Policy
LAST UPDATED: June 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Fleet Technologies, Inc. (“Fleet”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our platform, website, SDK, and CLI (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of the Service:
- Account information: your name, email address, and authentication credentials.
- Billing information: payment details processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Content: models, datasets, checkpoints, and configuration you upload or create.
- Usage data: jobs, deployments, logs, metrics, API requests, and similar operational records.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and cookies.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including running your training jobs and inference endpoints.
- Meter usage and process billing.
- Monitor performance, debug issues, and improve the Service.
- Communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
3. Your content
Your models, datasets, and outputs belong to you. We access them only as needed to operate the Service (for example, scheduling a job onto a GPU or serving an endpoint) and do not use your content to train our own models.
Storage is retained until you delete it. Deleting an artifact removes it from active storage promptly; routine backups may persist for a limited period before being overwritten.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers and infrastructure partners who process data on our behalf under contract (for example, GPU and payment providers).
- Authorities, where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Fleet and its users.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Data security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data retention
We retain account and usage information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
8. International transfers
Fleet operates globally and may process information in countries other than where you reside. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you.
