Terms of Service
LAST UPDATED: June 22, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fleet platform, website, SDK, and CLI (the “Service”), provided by Fleet Technologies, Inc. (“Fleet”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and API keys. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
- Train, deploy, or serve models for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the models, datasets, and outputs you upload or generate (“Your Content”). You grant Fleet a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to Your Content and that its use complies with applicable licenses and laws.
4. Fees and billing
The Service is billed based on usage, including GPU compute (metered per second), storage, and network transfer, at the rates published on our pricing page. Charges are drawn from your account balance.
You authorize us to charge your saved payment method for top-ups and any outstanding balance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Live GPU pricing and availability may vary.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your content after a reasonable period.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. You are responsible for the models you train and deploy and their outputs.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fleet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
